Hannover, Germany (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Hannover has completed the signing of
American winger DaMarcus Beasley on a two-year contract, the club announced on
Monday.
Beasley, 28, was available on a free transfer following the expiration of his
contract with Scottish champions Rangers, and his move to Hannover also
reunites him with American teammate Steve Cherundolo.
Prior to joining Rangers, Beasley spent a few seasons with Dutch side PSV
Eindhoven after moving from Major League Soccer, where he played for the
Chicago Fire.
Hannover finished just two points above the relegation zone last season, but
the club has won its first two games to start the new Bundesliga season.
